Abstract
Training and education are a major part of an organization's strategy to improve employee performance and expertise. This research highlights the importance of human resource management (HRM) in effective HRM and the
factors that influence the success of training programs at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, using primary data from interviews and secondary data from relevant literature. The
results showed that ongoing education and training programs are important to create a conducive work environment and improve employee competence. SDI development strategies at BPRS Bumi Rinjani include annual training
tailored to the needs of each division, as well as post-training evaluations to ensure the application of the knowledge gained. Success factors for training
programs include designing relevant materials, selecting competent organizers, participant engagement, and employee willingness to apply new skills. Optimizing these factors is expected to improve overall company performance.
