Kesejahteraan Guru Honorer terhadap Etos Kerja Guru SMA Swasta

The welfare of honorary teachers is still a matter that never ends to be discussed. A
phenomenon that often occurs is when a teacher is required to have a high work ethic but
insufficient welfare. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the level of welfare
on the work ethic of honorary teachers of private high school in Gondanglegi sub-district.
Based on the formulation of the problem above, this research was designed using a
quantitative research using a simple linear regression model. The population of this study
was 69 people with 39 respondents. The data collection technique used a welfare scale and a
work ethic scale. The research data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 for windows.
Based on the results of the research above, it was found that the partial significant test (t test)
namely the influence of welfare (X) on work ethic (Y) got a Sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the t�count value is 6.803 > 1.687 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. This means that
welfare (X) has an influence on work ethic (Y).
